Q: What is your MOQ?
A: We hope it will be convenient for customers to have a try. So we accept sample orders with little and reasonable charge. The MOQ is 10sets. Sample Order MOQ is 1 set.
Q: What is your delivery time?
A: Common types is within 3 working days. Customized motor type (voltage, speed, etc,) is within 7-15 working days.

Q: Whether the motor voltage meets my need or not?

A:The motor voltage range we produce is as follows:

Single-phase:110v,120,220v,230v,240v.50/60Hz;
Three-phase: 220v,230v,240v,380v,400v,415v,418v,440v,480v.50/60Hz.

Q: How to quickly get quotes?

A: First, if your are sure the model of the motor, you can directly tell us the model and get the quotes quickly;

Second, if you are not sure which type of motor, please tell us the motor's information (application, the power and speed .ect) you have already know. We will make sure the motor model you need.

Q: How to select motors?

A: As for this question, we have much to say. Please refer to page "Service Center" section, there is detailed documentation.
Q: What is your payment terms?
A: T/T: 30% advance payment(Value less than $2000, 100% advance payment); L/C: Order value≥$10000 can accept L/C; Other payment methods:Paypal(3% surcharge),Western Union.
Q: How about your quality?
A: Try a small order, you will have your judgement! Based on the industry for 30 years,We firmly believe that quality is the only reliable way to open the market.
Q: Whether to support the inspection?
A: We welcome clients to visit our factory and have an inspection.
